Good to know before you call

How long does it take, and when is the furniture dry?
Cleaning a sofa takes 1–2 hours, a car 2–4 hours. Furniture is dry in 3–6 hours (faster in summer), and your car is ready to drive immediately.
Do you come to my address? What do you need?
Yes — we do everything at your place: apartment, yard, garage or marina. All we need is a power outlet. Call-out is free in Petrovac, Buljarica and Reževići; for other towns the fee is agreed when booking, and it's free everywhere for orders over €150.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes. We use certified professional products that are extracted from the fabric together with the dirt — no residue, no harsh smells.
Can you remove tobacco, damp or pet odors?
Yes — with a combination of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Ozone breaks down odor molecules instead of masking them; it's the most effective way to permanently remove odors from cars and apartments.
Do you service rental apartments and hotels?
All the time — pre-season preparation and refreshes between guests are among our most popular services. Owners of multiple units and hotels get package prices and priority scheduling.
